Taiwo Ibukunoulwa Abiodun-Oni, born on the 12th of March. 1995 is a graduate of Law from Babcock University, Ilishan- Remo, Ogun State. He obtained his LL.B (Hons) in 2016, and his B.L (Hons) from the Nigerian Law School in 2017 and later his Masters in International Public Law, LL.M (Hons.) from the University of Ibadan in 2020.

Mr Abiodun-Oni won the most coveted “Most Intellectual Person Award in the Faculty of Law, Babcock University for the 2015/2016 Academic Session, the same session he became the Pioneer Chief Justice for the Law Student’s Association of Nigeria, Babcock Chapter (LAWSAN BU) not because of his academic prowess but because of his knack for a divergent and critical approach to solving our everyday problems.

Taiwo’s interest is in Public International Law and hopes to become the youngest Professor of Law in Nigeria. He has countless professional certifications from foreign professional bodies, some of which span across the fields of Intellectual Property Law, Financial Technology Regulations (Crypto-Currency and Block chain) and so on. His scholarly works have been published in local dailies and many international journals.

He hopes LAWTERACT will help spur a more positive expression of intellectual ideas and research amongst lawyers and law undergraduates, help more young lawyers become financially independent and most importantly act as a conduit between legal professionals and non professionals in meeting their everyday legal needs.

About

Adeniyi Adedapo, is a talented and motivated lawyer who was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2019 having graduated with a double first class from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos Campus and Babcock University.

He currently serves as an in-house counsel with Raeanna Group, a Telecommunications company spanning it’s activities across Nigeria, Africa and a few sub-Saharan countries.

He is a Chartered Arbitrator, a Chartered Secretary, a member of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars amongst other professional bodies.

Dapo has been able to combine his academic excellence while serving in various leadership positions both at the Nigerian Law School as well as during his undergraduate days some of which include:

Vice President, Babcock University Students Association; President, Law Students Association, Babcock Chapter; President, Tax Club, Babcock university; Group 4 Leader, Nigerian Law School; Director of works amongst others.

He was a member of the Client counseling society, debating society, moot and mock society amongst others which helped him build his oratory skills.

Dapo, being keen on Corporate Finance, Investment banking has been able to gather a few relevant experiences having interned with the likes of: Citi Bank, KPMG, StanbicIBTC, FIRS and a few law firms. Dapo is a multi-talented instrumentalist and loves to read, eat, travel and meet new people.
