The Arbitration Challenge, which is the first of its kind in Nigeria, is aimed at stimulating the practice of international commercial dispute mechanisms among young lawyers, with a focus on the roles of legal practitioners in foreign investments in Nigeria.
The arbitration challenge is open to all branches of the NBA to present and register a team of not more than five (5) young lawyers (1-7) years ‘post -qualification experiences.
